If you are new to WH2O, we invite you to join us for one free trial workout by attending one of our team practices (calendar can be found HERE.)

 

For your first trial workout, you do not need to pay for an annual SPMS membership, but we do require you to sign up for a trial membership, which includes a liability waiver. That form can be found here: https://www.usms.org/join-usms/trial-membership (Select "West Hollywood Aquatics")

 

In order to gain entry to the pools, each facility will have front desk staff that can assist you in setting up your city accounts. These accounts are typically free and can also be found on the parks and recreation websites of each city. Our main pool is the West Hollywood Aquatic Center. We ask that swimmers be able to swim 4x100 at 2:00 pace and be familiar with all four strokes. This helps us keep our workouts running smoothly. If swimmers cannot meet this threshold yet, our coaches are happy to offer private lessons to help them get there. After your first workout, we ask that you join WH2O for an Annual Administrative Fee (details below) in order to continue working out with us either on a pay-per-practice or monthly membership. You will also start receiving Club email communications, which you may opt out of at anytime.

 

For insurance purposes, we require our members be 18+ years old and maintain an active status with US Masters Swimming (USMS) and/or USA Water Polo (USAWP), our governing bodies.

 

Once you complete your online registration with WH2O, we will verify your records and approve your account. Kindly note that failure to maintain your status with USMS and/or USAWP will prevent you from access to WH2O workouts.

WH2O Membership Options: 
 

Swimming Unlimited Membership

All Swimming + Water Polo workouts.
$100/month via Visa/Mastercard.
 

Water Polo Unlimited Membership

Water Polo workouts + 1 swim a week.
$65/month via Visa/Mastercard.


Per Practice Membership

Individual Swim or Water Polo workouts.
$15 per practice on Bookwhen.


 



Arrival Info for First Timers

Parking for the pool is located at 625 N San Vicente Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90069. Once you've parked, you can take the elevators to the 5th floor.  The pool staff can show you how to get a validation ticket. 
 
Let the pool staff know that you're with "Masters Swimming" and please have your ID handy so that the facility can finalize your registration; they will give you a fob so that on your next visit, you can just scan in to gain access to the pool easily.
 
On your first visit just make sure to check in with one of the coaches on deck and you’re ready to dive in! Looking forward to having you with us. 
 

Annual Administrative Fee

The annual administrative fee is $50. This fee helps to cover the costs of paying for administrative operations.
 
This annual adminstrative fee will be prorated to $25 on and after July 1st. This means that you can join our Club at a reduced cost if you register in the second half of each year.
 
Our daily operations are managed by a volunteer Board of Directors, made up of 10 Club members across all 3 disciplines. We appreciate your support and are always here to help! Please send an email to [email protected] if you have any questions.
 

Refunds
At WH2O, we strive to ensure that our Club members are satisfied with their experiences. In the rare event that a refund is required, please note that refunds will only be authorized by our Board of Directors.

Ocean Season (Open Water)
At WH2O, we have a seasonal program called WH2Ocean for coached ocean workouts. Please note that WH2Ocean requires separate fees and is not included in the Swimming Membership.
 
If you are interested in participating in WH2Ocean, you can find more information about it by visiting our Ocean page during the Summer months, typically from June through September.
